Currier and Ives Plates - Fenton
From 1982 to 1985, Fenton issued four collectors plates in Currier and Ives designs:

1) 1982 - Winter in the Country - The Old Grist Mill
2) 1983 - Harvest
3) 1984 - The Olde Homestead in Winter
4) 1985 - Winter Pastime

These plates were also issued in a white satin glass with either a blue or a brown wash. In these other treatments, Fenton also made bells and vases.

To the left is the back of the 4th plate in the series.

Fenton also made bells and vases in the Currier and Ives series, but only in the Gristmill pattern. Whether additional patterns were meant to be made is unknown. At the left is the Gristmill pattern found in a carnival glass bell and a vase. The bell is made in "Holiday Green" and was made to be sold on QVC. The Gristmill vase is 6 1/8 inches tall and made in a lighter green color.
